2 ribeye or New York strip steaks about 1 to 1 1/2 inches thick
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and black pepper to taste
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
3 cloves garlic minced
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
Bring steak to room temperature and pat dry. Season generously with salt and pepper.
