Honey Glazed Carrots & Green Beans is a simple, sweet, and tender vegetable side dish coated in a buttery honey glaze.

Ingredients

4 large carrots, peeled and sliced
12 oz green beans, trimmed
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons honey
Pinch of salt
Optional: black pepper or fresh herbs for garnish

Instructions

  • Blanch carrots in salted boiling water for 3–4 minutes; add green beans for the last 2 minutes. Drain well.

  • Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat, stir in honey.

  • Add carrots, toss 3–4 minutes to coat in glaze.

  • Add green beans, toss 2–3 minutes until heated through.

  • Season with salt and optional pepper or herbs. Serve warm.

Notes

Adjust honey to taste.
Avoid high heat to prevent burning honey.
