  • 1 packet Lipton Onion Soup Mix

  • 3 tbsp olive oil

  • Salt & pepper to taste

  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • Toss potatoes with onion soup mix, olive oil, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.

  • Spread in a single layer on the sheet.
