Quick and fudgy cookies made from boxed brownie mix, perfect for a fast chocolatey treat.

1 box brownie mix (approximately 1820 ounces)
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup chocolate chips or nuts (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • Combine brownie mix, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla until thick dough forms.
  • Fold in chocolate chips or nuts if desired.
  • Drop dough onto sheets using a scoop, spacing 2 inches apart.
  • Bake 10–12 minutes until edges are set and centers soft. Cool 5 minutes.
  • Transfer to wire rack to cool completely.
