1 cup finely chopped spinach, well drained
3/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
4 ounces cream cheese, softened

1 egg, beaten for brushing
Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cook spinach until wilted and squeeze out excess moisture.
