12 wonton wrappers
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup sour cream
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
1/4 cup grated Parmesan
1 cup chopped spinach, drained well
1 cup chopped artichoke hearts, drained
1 clove garlic, minced
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a 12-cup muffin tin.
Press wonton wrappers into muffin cups and bake 5 to 7 minutes.
Mix cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella, and Parmesan until smooth.
Stir in spinach, artichokes, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Spoon filling into pre-baked wonton cups.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes until heated through and golden.
Cool slightly before removing from pan.
Drain spinach and artichokes thoroughly to prevent sogginess. Serve warm for best texture.
