Strawberry Pineapple Salsa is a fresh, sweet, and tangy treat perfect for chips, tacos, grilled chicken, or fish.

Ingredients

1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and diced
1 cup fresh pineapple, diced
1 small jalapeño, seeded and finely chopped
2 tablespoons finely chopped red onion
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1/8 teaspoon salt
Optional: diced red bell pepper, mango, or drizzle of honey

Instructions

  • Dice strawberries and pineapple; combine in a bowl.

  • Add jalapeño, red onion, and cilantro; toss gently.

  • Drizzle with lime juice and sprinkle with salt; mix to combine.

  • Optional: fold in red bell pepper or mango.

  • Chill 15–20 minutes before serving.

  • Serve with chips, tacos, or grilled dishes.
