Bite-sized frozen strawberry yogurt dots that are healthy, refreshing, and easy to make with minimal ingredients.
1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled
1/2 cup plain or vanilla yogurt
1–2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
Mini silicone baking mats, ice cube trays, or parchment paper for freezing
Puree strawberries in a blender until smooth; add honey or syrup if using.
Mix in yogurt until fully combined.
Drop small dollops (~1 tsp) onto a silicone mat, ice cube tray, or parchment paper.
Freeze at least 2 hours until firm.
Transfer to airtight container for storage and serve frozen.
Can substitute berries or yogurt for variation. Use mini molds for easy portioning.
