Tender beef bites cooked in garlic butter with rich flavor, perfect for a high-protein, easy dinner.

Ingredients

2 pounds beef sirloin or tenderloin, cut into 1-inch cubes
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup beef broth
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
1 tablespoon cornstarch
2 tablespoons cold water (for slurry)
1/2 cup sliced bell peppers (optional)
1/2 cup sliced onions (optional)
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
Cooked rice, mashed potatoes, or roasted vegetables, for serving

Instructions

  • Pat beef dry and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.

  • Mix garlic, melted butter, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, and red pepper flakes.

  • Place beef in slow cooker and pour sauce over. Add vegetables if using.

  • Cook on low 4–5 hours or high 2–3 hours.

  • Mix cornstarch with cold water and stir in 15 minutes before serving to thicken.

  • Garnish with parsley and serve over preferred sides.

Notes

Adjust seasoning to taste; vegetables optional; can substitute butter with ghee.
