A warm, cheesy, and satisfying Tuna Melt Wrap made with creamy tuna salad and melted cheddar inside a crispy golden tortilla—perfect for lunch or dinner.

Ingredients

2 (5 oz) cans tuna, drained
⅓ cup mayonnaise
1 tsp Dijon mustard (optional)
1 stalk celery, finely diced
Salt and pepper, to taste
4 large flour tortillas
1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 tbsp butter or olive oil, for toasting
Optional: sliced tomato, spinach, pickles, or red onion

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix tuna, mayo, mustard, celery, salt, and pepper.

  • Lay out tortillas and sprinkle half the cheese in the center.

  • Add tuna mixture, optional fillings, and top with remaining cheese.

  • Fold sides and roll into a tight wrap.

  • Heat skillet with butter or oil over medium heat.

  • Toast wrap seam-side down for 2–3 minu

Notes

Don’t overfill. Use reduced-fat mayo or Greek yogurt for a lighter version. Easily customizable with other cheeses and veggies.
