A warm, cheesy, and satisfying Tuna Melt Wrap made with creamy tuna salad and melted cheddar inside a crispy golden tortilla—perfect for lunch or dinner.
2 (5 oz) cans tuna, drained
⅓ cup mayonnaise
1 tsp Dijon mustard (optional)
1 stalk celery, finely diced
Salt and pepper, to taste
4 large flour tortillas
1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 tbsp butter or olive oil, for toasting
Optional: sliced tomato, spinach, pickles, or red onion
In a bowl, mix tuna, mayo, mustard, celery, salt, and pepper.
Lay out tortillas and sprinkle half the cheese in the center.
Add tuna mixture, optional fillings, and top with remaining cheese.
Fold sides and roll into a tight wrap.
Heat skillet with butter or oil over medium heat.
Toast wrap seam-side down for 2–3 minu
