Easy and satisfying turkey avocado club wraps filled with crisp bacon, juicy tomatoes, creamy avocado, and fresh lettuce. A protein-packed, flavor-loaded lunch that comes together in minutes.

Ingredients

4 large flour tortillas
8 slices deli turkey breast
8 slices cooked bacon
1 avocado, sliced
2 medium tomatoes, thinly sliced
4 romaine lettuce leaves
4 slices cheddar or Swiss cheese (optional)
4 tbsp mayonnaise or mustard
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Cook bacon until crispy and set aside.

  • Slice avocado and tomatoes, and wash and dry lettuce.

  • Warm tortillas slightly for easy rolling.

  • Spread 1 tbsp mayo or mustard on each tortilla.

  • Layer lettuce, turkey, bacon, tomato, avocado, and cheese.

  • Season lightly with salt and pepper.

  • Fold sides in, roll tightly from bottom, and slice in half.

  • Serve immediately or wrap in foil for later

Pat tomatoes dry to prevent sogginess.
