4 large flour tortillas
8 slices deli turkey breast
8 slices cooked bacon
1 avocado, sliced
2 medium tomatoes, thinly sliced
4 romaine lettuce leaves
4 slices cheddar or Swiss cheese (optional)
4 tbsp mayonnaise or mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
Cook bacon until crispy and set aside.
Slice avocado and tomatoes, and wash and dry lettuce.
Warm tortillas slightly for easy rolling.
Spread 1 tbsp mayo or mustard on each tortilla.
Layer lettuce, turkey, bacon, tomato, avocado, and cheese.
Season lightly with salt and pepper.
