Crispy, bite-sized taco cups filled with seasoned beef, cheese, and fresh toppings, perfect for parties and game-day gatherings.

Ingredients

1 pound ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning
1/2 cup water
12 small tortillas or 24 wonton wrappers
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup black beans
1/2 cup corn
1/2 cup diced tomatoes
1/2 cup shredded lettuce
1/3 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons green onions

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a muffin tin.
  • Press tortillas or wonton wrappers into each cup.
  • Cook ground beef until browned and drain fat.
  • Add taco seasoning and water, simmer until thickened.
  • Stir in beans and corn.
  • Fill cups with beef mixture and top with cheese.
  • Bake for 10–12 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  • Cool slightly, then add toppings before serving.

Notes

Do not overfill the cups to maintain their shape. Add fresh toppings just before serving for best texture.
