A quick and creamy garlic shrimp dish ready in just 15 minutes, featuring tender shrimp in a rich, savory sauce.

Ingredients

1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tablespoons butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons chopped parsley

Instructions

  • Pat shrimp dry and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  • Heat oil and 1 tablespoon butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Cook shrimp 1–2 minutes per side until pink, then remove.
  • Add remaining butter and cook garlic for 30 seconds.
  • Pour in cream and simmer for 2–3 minutes.
  • Stir in Parmesan until melted and smooth.
  • Return shrimp to the pan and coat in sauce.
  • Add lemon juice and garnish with parsley before serving

Notes

Do not overcook shrimp to keep them tender. Adjust sauce thickness with a splash of milk if needed.
