Savory pizza cupcakes baked in a muffin tin with soft dough, melted cheese, and classic pizza toppings in every bite.

Ingredients

1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 pieces)
1/2 cup pizza sauce
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup mini pepperoni slices
1/4 cup finely chopped green bell pepper
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1/4 cup sliced black olives
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon olive oil
Cooking spray

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a muffin tin.
  • Flatten biscuit dough and press into muffin cups.
  • Brush dough with olive oil.
  • Add pizza sauce to each cup.
  • Layer mozzarella cheese and toppings.
  • Sprinkle Parmesan and seasonings on top.
  • Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden.
  • Cool for 5 minutes and remove from pan.

Notes

Do not overfill cups to prevent uneven baking. Pre-bake dough for a firmer texture if desired.
