Instructions

  • Cook and mash sweet potatoes until smooth.
  • Mix sweet potato, milk, maple syrup, and vanilla.
  • Combine flour, baking powder, spices, and salt.
  • Stir dry ingredients into wet mixture.
  • Heat pan and add oil.
